ASW is a responsible business that meets the highest standards

Our company’s social responsibility falls under two categories:

We’ll always conduct business with integrity and respect to human rights. We’ll promote:

We’ll ensure that we:
- Don’t risk the health and safety of our employees and community.
- Avoid harming the lives of local and indigenous people.
- Support diversity and inclusion.
Human Rights
Our company is dedicated to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labour practices. We’ll ensure that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country.
Our company may preserve a budget to make monetary donations and facilitate volunteering opportunities. These donations will aim to:
- Assist local communities in each country.
- Alleviate those in need.
Volunteering
Our company will encourage its employees to volunteer.
They can volunteer through programs organised internally or externally.
ASW acknowledges that modern slavery can occur in every industry, distorting markets, undercutting responsible businesses, and can pose significant legal and reputation risks to entities. As a company dealing with a vast workforce, we are committed to respecting their human rights in all aspects. We will not allow for any form of modern slavery to exist within our company, and we are taking an active role in combating modern slavery in all its forms.
Our relationship with ASW has been integral to the overall success of our software project and has even allowed us to take on additional major projects for ExamWorks that were not originally anticipated. The quality, enthusiasm, and work ethic of our 7-person development team has been outstanding and has exceeded our expectations in every way. Using ASW as a partner to our internal development team has allowed us to meet our commitments on-time and within budget, and we couldn’t be happier.
