We recently surveyed our people, and the key message was that WE ALL MISS EACH OTHER! We have appreciated the time saved in travel, additional time with family, and the other benefits of working from home, but face-to-face time cannot be entirely replaced by online meetings. As 2023 progresses, our teams across Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur and Manila will be moving to a hybrid of working: 2-3 days / week in the office, depending on client requirements.
