  • We’ll have a clear road map to your business, the required roles, the culture, how your future staff will operate, and which offshore locations will complement your current team.

CLIENT ONBOARDING & OFFSHORE READINESS

  • Ensuring that our client’s onshore management team are well prepared is highly important to the overall success of building an offshore team. ASW’s Client Onboarding team will meet with your Hiring and HR managers to ensure all stakeholders have clarity on the model.
  • You will be supported by our change management expertise in the nuanced handling of the different cultural changes and transitions.

TALENT SOURCING & RECRUITMENT

  • Our Talent Acquisition Team will do a detailed recruitment briefing to unpack your current interview process, skills testing, behaviour profiling, and hiring approach. Our Recruitment Specialists will begin talent mapping and use this to identify highly skilled candidates.
  • Whilst ASW will coordinate all stages, you will remain involved in the hiring process from CV shortlisting to interview scheduling and offer stage. We consider this a partnered approach so you can select candidates who fit your specific qualifications and your team culture.
  • Whilst staff are legally employed by ASW, they are considered as dedicated full-time staff of your company only – an extension of your onshore team.

INTEGRATION

  • Once approved, our Account Managers will work closely with you and our IT, HR and Administration departments to seamlessly integrate all required hardware, software and communication tools to enable productivity. From providing all the necessary workstation equipment to ensuring the required data security, convenient remote accessibility, and on-demand IT support.
  • We will conduct a detailed induction of the new staff to the ASW policies, procedures, and team culture. We will also facilitate an introductory meeting on the first day between you and your newest team members by orienting them to your work environment and culture to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Using our online assessment portal, we will work with you in setting clear KPIs and transparent goal setting for scheduled performance check points to promote the staff’s professional growth. We will arrange regular catch-ups, provide monthly reports outlining the team member’s tasks and leave entitlements, and update you on local public holidays as well as upcoming ASW learning and development programs.

RETENTION & OPTMISATION

  • Our Account Management team remains in close contact with you throughout the journey, with structured and transparent salary and performance reviews, to identify opportunities for the staff’s continual improvement via a two-way feedback report.
  • As your new team member becomes better adjusted to their role, ASW also offers a range of free complementary courses to promote staff engagement and personal growth. ASW undertakes an annual culture and engagement survey to continually ensure we are constantly improving, and the benefits we provide are aligned to our culture and EVP. This is coupled with ASW’s regular social events for the staff to connect with their fellow ASW colleagues.
