Work-Life Balance

We understand the importance of a job with work-life balance. ASW team members work a morning shift following Australian business hours. This gives our people the flexibility to make personal plans outside of work and spend quality time with friends and family. We believe that we can continue doing what we love to do while maintaining harmony between work and home life.

Staff Development

Our business success is reflected in the quality of our employees. ASW supports and encourages our employees to grow their skills to achieve their full potential, with two of our core values being Continuous Improvement and Personal Development. Our people have access to innovative and educational learning platforms via both LinkedIn Learning and Coursera. We also have annual performance appraisal and development plan reviews in place to support more formal feedback and continuous improvement.
